Majority of our orders are handed over to our logistics partners within 36 working hours of your order placed. For customized printed orders, once we receive your written approval of the artwork, it will take an additional 10 working days for printing. We ship on Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
We will make every effort to get your order delivered to you within 3-7 business days after your product is dispatched from our warehouse. An email confirmation would be sent to you with the tracking details of the shipment. You may track your order with the respective logistics partner. Remote Location Delivery:
A surcharge is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote (ODA). ODA is defined as PIN codes or a suburb/town that is distant, hard to access or infrequently served by major carriers. The delivery times for these ODA locations are significantly longer and additional charges are applicable per shipment. You will be explicitly advised about these charges and delivery estimate at the time of checkout if your delivery location falls in this category.
“Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable”: Due to the nature of the items, custom or Made-To-Order items are considered final sale and non-returnable, unless the item is defective from the manufactures end.
We do not accept any damage complaints after 72 hours of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.
Orders placed wrongly by the consumer can be exchanged with the right product, all costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall be bared by the consumer.
No refunds will be claimed for the wrong / twice order placed.
Consumer eligible for refund, it will take 7-10 days to process the refund after confirmed by the customer support team.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
In order to get exchange the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within five (5) days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
Exchange on wrong order placed, all costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care by customer.
Manufactures will be responsible to exchange the order when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you.
Fresh stock would be re-dispatched only once the reverse pick of the existing shipment is reached to HUB.
