Order Eligibility
You can only purchase products and services that appear on the Sites and are eligible for delivery to your area. However, BPPL makes no guarantees that products and services available on the Sites are appropriate or available for use in locations outside India.
Fees
For all charges for any products sold on the site, we will bill your credit card or alternative payment method accepted by BPPL.
Products, Content, and Specifications.
Information about the products available for purchase is put out on the Site. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes. All features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products and services described or depicted on the Sites are subject to change at any time without notice. Packaging may vary from that shown. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours, but the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. The inclusion of any products or services on the Sites at a given time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any particular time. There may be times when the manufacture or distribution of a certain product or service could be delayed for a variety of reasons. In such an event, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the delay and keep you informed of the revised delivery schedule.
Orders
By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a legal manner. All costs set forth and stated herein are based on current expenses and subject to change without notice. Payment amounts and other terms may be subject to further agreements between you and BPPL.
The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service, while it is our practice to confirm orders by email. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any item or service or to deny service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
Shipping Limitations.
When an order is placed, it will be sent to an address designated by the purchaser provided that the shipping address is compliant with the shipping conditions and restrictions contained on the Site. All purchases from the Sites are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Because of this, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Sites passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
Custom Order Cancellations
Any custom-produced order cannot be changed nor canceled, since our products are made to order according to your custom specifications, no refunds can be implemented. You, the customer, are responsible for making sure that your order correctly specifies the size, art, quantity, style of product, and print option of your finished product. BPPL is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
Refund
There is no refund policy in BPPL. Still depending on the damage/loss we will consider it a case-to-case basis.
Third-Party Links
While we do not prohibit keeping or creating links from other sites to the Sites, we do reserve the right to require you to disable or remove any such link upon our request if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such connection is malicious, harmful, offensive or otherwise inappropriate. Any links to the Sites must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
From time to time, the Sites may contain links to sites that are not owned, operated, or controlled by BPPL or its affiliates. All such links are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the websites. Neither we nor any of our affiliates are responsible for any content, materials, or other information located on or accessible from any other websites.
Neither we nor any of our respective affiliates endorse, guarantee, or make any representations or guarantees regarding any other website, or any content, materials, or other information located or accessible from any other website, or the results which you may obtain from using any other site. If you decide to access any website linked to or from our Sites, you do so entirely at your own risk.
